The Roland Chipsys Accumulator and Filter Vacuum system is an OEM'd version of a Vaniman Vanguard unit. The Vaniman Vanguard is primarily for the dental market. The Roland unit is similar to a Vanguard 1X, but is a lower-feature version for the engraving market.
Roland does not service the Chipsys systems directly. A 1-year warranty is honored by Vaniman directly. Shipping both ways is covered by the customer. Vaniman can be contacted at:
