The HU Heating Unit is designed for Roland SJ Printers and SC Print/Cut machines, and is one component required for a change from Solvent Ink to EcoSol Ink. The HU units enable faster ink drying by pre-heating the media before printing. The temperature is adjustable. Most of these units are now legacy kits. There are/were several available:
